Ian Wright: Ian’s background is in finance and corporate finance – particularly in situations of financial distress. Prior to becoming a founder director of ACS Partners in London, Ian was Group Finance Director of an international engineering group headquartered in the U.S. His career has spanned a number of financial and business development roles, principally in the engineering and telecommunications sectors. Ian has extensive experience in identifying, negotiating and completing acquisitions and divestment assignments in Europe, the US and the Far East. Ian currently advises a number of private and family-owned groups on financial and business development issues and has considerable experience of inter-generational change problems in family managed businesses.
Bryn Mickleburgh: Bryn is a chartered accountant with excellent financial management skills and a long and successful track record of building profitability and change management. Bryn’s principle areas of expertise lie in the construction, property management, and engineering sectors. Bryn has considerable experience of project financing, acquisitions and post-acquisition integration. Recent projects have included working with an American real estate and private equity company to identify suitable sites for the development of student accommodation in the U.K., managing and restructuring the operations of a major U.K provider of student accommodation and renegotiating and rescheduling financial commitments. Bryn has also provided long term strategic and operation advice and management to a multinational group of engineering and construction businesses.
John Kent: John has worked in corporate development and strategy across a wide variety of industries and in companies which have ranged in size from small start ups to large multinationals. His career spans Government, the City and Industry, providing a unique perspective and he has acted as principal in UK and international acquisitions amounting to over $10bn. In recent years he has concentrated on smaller businesses and private equity in an executive and non-executive capacity. His key strengths are energy, analysis and creativity, and teamworking.
Peter Outtridge: Peter is former Production Director of I-CanNano Europe and was Head of Ops for The Royal London Group within the Sales and Marketing Division. Having worked for a major institution running their extensive UK operational network. Peter was responsible for all aspects of Operations management, including IT networks, Health & Safety and Staff management. With experience in Operational management of a national network he managed the logistics of data processes and has project managed the implementation of new products.
Tim Gifford: Tim has an extensive managerial background principally in sales and marketing with senior level UK and international experience. Tim has particular expertise and a proven track record in developing new businesses with a focus on developments in the Far East, particularly China and Singapore.
Tim has considerable experience in developing plans and sourcing finance for early stage ventures and new products. Other experience includes 18months as CEO of Alexandra PLC where Tim managed the turnaraound and restructuring of this FTSE listed company, including dealing with significant debt and pension issues, and 10 years as Business Development Director of W L Gore and Associates Inc with particular responsibility for developing the business in the Asia Pacific region.
Manfred Moschner: Manfred founded ACS Moschner & Co. in 1989 and since then personally executed over 250 transactions. Manfred has particular expertise in Financial institutions, Biotechnology and equity raising. Since 1986, he writes the official report on the Austrian M&A market in “Österreichisches Bank–Archiv”, the official gazette of the Austrian Bankers Association.
Gert Kruger: Gert Kruger founded GKA Capital in 1996. Previous roles in Gert’s professional career include chief technology officer of Investec Bank and chief operating officer of Liberty Life. Gert also founded and manages GKABayette, Africa’s leading executive leadership and coaching consultancy.
Radu Doru: Radu is a senior M&A professional and has acted as a project manager for a number of Romanian mid-sized sell-side and buy-side transactions from origination to execution. In 2012 he founded Lamontis Partners Ltd. an independent M&A boutique where he is Managing Director.
